My stay at the hotel was mixed with some positive and negative aspects. The room was clean, safe, and relatively quiet, but it lacked sufficient seating for a family. The location was convenient for reaching the motorway quickly but was a bit far from the city center. The hotel was generally clean, but there was a deep groaning noise from the elevator each time it was used. The location is very optimal, and I really liked it; however, it was closed due to the current situation. The service was helpful and nice, though not overly friendly. The Vienna Beef hot dogs at the dining were good, but nothing exceptional. The rooms were available, but we had to complain instead of the problem being solved beforehand.
